The Clutch bolt kit replaces the stock bolts that have been known to break in many new KTM 50s. The stock bolts have threads machined into the end, this design is prone to failure. Over time the stock bolts can become weak as they are removed and replaced in order to adjust the clutch, eventually they will break. Nihilo has turned the conventional design on its head buy providing a Nut and Hardened Stud fastening system. The stress is no longer on the weak threads so more force can be applied without the possibility of failure. The stress is now transferred to the two female threads as opposed to the one male thread on the stock bolt making the Nihilo system twice as strong. It is almost impossible to break the new system with hand tools. These bolts are legal in all AMA and NMA events.
